ELLE cafe Roppongi Hills will reopen on September 20th. The new concept is "Healthy & Beauty—Beauty through Food." The cafe aims to support the beauty and health of today's busy women, both at work and at home. The signature menu features five cold-pressed juices (priced from 850 to 900 yen): berry, green, citrus, root, and milky. These juices are made using a low-temperature compression method to preserve the nutrients of the ingredients, and are packed with vitamins and enzymes essential for beauty and health. Each flavor offers different benefits, including anti-aging care, cleansing, and hormone balancing, making them appealing to women. Organic superfoods and fresh spirulina can also be added, and smoothies (starting at 500 yen) made with the cold-pressed juice are also available. Even if you visit every day, you'll likely never get bored.
In addition, there are various menus that support women's beauty from the inside out, such as "Musubi Grains," made with macrobiotic principles, and the original "Beauty Granola" (180g/660 yen, 400g/1,380 yen) which is a mix of superfoods. Opening hours are from 8am to 11pm on weekdays, and from 11am to 11pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
