"Botanica embodies the ultimate expression of what Tiffany is today. Through this collection, we honor our great heritage while innovating for a new generation," said Alexandre Arnault, Executive Vice President, Product & Communications, Tiffany & Co.

The collection reimagines some of the floral motifs that have long served as a creative inspiration for Tiffany. For example, the dandelion cap, a design motif for hair accessories designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 20th century, is abstracted and reimagined in a series of designs lavishly studded with diamonds. Among Botanica's many transformative designs, the dandelion-inspired necklace is its most versatile, able to be worn in five unique styles. Featuring two interchangeable pendants, a baguette diamond choker and a long diamond chain, the necklace features an innovative mechanism that allows it to be easily transformed.

Selected alongside humble wildflowers as a rare and exotic flower, the orchid is a key motif in the Botanica collection. Originally created by G. Paulding Farnham for Tiffany's exhibit at the 1889 Paris World's Fair, the orchid brooch has evolved into a sculptural, strikingly realistic design. Artisans craft platinum to replicate the delicate curves of orchid petals, then create a sparkling mosaic of round rose-cut, modified rose-cut, and round brilliant-cut diamonds, accented with brushstrokes of 18K yellow gold on this transformable brooch. Another theme, the thistle, is transformed into delicate jewelry featuring a sophisticated design. Artisans hand-set trillion-cut gemstones at precise angles, as close together as possible, to recreate the prickly texture of the thistle.

Inspired by botanical elements of nature, Jean Schlumberger's creations are reimagined with unexpected gemstone combinations, reimagining the legendary designer's spectacular naturalistic motifs that have been a source of wonder for Tiffany & Co. for nearly two centuries. The Fleurage bracelet, the first time the brand has realized a sketch originally created by Jean Schlumberger for Tiffany Diamonds, features a captivating design featuring a stunning cushion-cut aquamarine weighing over 48 carats, artistically surrounded by diamond petals. In addition to the Fleurage bracelet, Botanica also features many other Schlumberger-designed pieces, including the Flower & Leaf and Feuillages necklaces. These extraordinary creations are characterized by bold three-dimensionality and the use of important "legacy stones" for the brand, such as tanzanite, which Tiffany first introduced to the world.
