
The Parisian gourmet brand FAUCHON's "FAUCHON ECLAIR WEEK CAFE 2015" opened for a limited time on September 25th at Bondolfi Boncaffe in TENOHA Daikanyama. The cafe will feature four colorful and pop-style mini eclairs. The classic "Mini Eclair Mango," topped with a vibrant, bordered chocolate plate, features a sweet and sour cream made with mascarpone cheese and passion fruit puree. The "Mini Eclair Popcorn," topped with caramel-flavored popcorn, offers a unique taste with its butter and soy sauce-flavored cream. The "Mini Eclair Olive" combines olive oil and lemon cream. The "Mini Eclair Comté" is an eclair packed with the delicious flavors of mascarpone and Comté cheese, topped with crispy fried cheese. The popcorn, olive, and Comté flavors are all new and exclusive to Japan. The menu includes the "Sweets Set," featuring two types of eclairs, a mango and popcorn combination, and the "Aperitif Set," featuring olive and Comté flavors (¥600 each, tax included). The "Try-It-All Set," featuring all four flavors, is also available (¥1,100, tax included). Additionally, there's the "FAUCHON Tea Set," featuring a choice of apple tea or Earl Grey tea (¥1,200 for a set of two eclairs, ¥1,700 for a set of four), and the "FAUCHON Tea Cocktail Set" (¥1,350 for a set of two eclairs, ¥1,850 for a set of four). Set menus are also available, including drinks that complement the flavor of the eclairs. Also making its debut this year is the "FAUCHON Tea Cocktail" (¥800 apiece), a drink for adults made with Fauchon black tea liqueur, cranberry juice, and passion fruit syrup. It has a refreshing flavor and pairs perfectly with the less sweet "Mini Eclair Olive" and "Mini Eclair Comté."
All menu items are available for eat-in only until October 1st. They will end once sold out, so be quick.
