British photographer David Bailey is shooting promotional material for Tod's bags this fall/winter season. Titled "THE CAPE ATTRACTION," the collaboration features David Bailey's unique interpretation of the iconic Tod's Cape Bag. This marks David Bailey's first time featuring a bag as the central focus of his work, and he commented, "I wanted to show the unique relationship between a woman and this special bag. It's intimate, deep, and powerfully seductive. A bag is an object of a woman's desire, the most loyal guardian of her treasures and secrets." The project was commissioned by Diego Della Valle, Chairman and CEO of Tod's, with whom he has a long-standing friendship. Unusually for David Bailey, backstage shots are also included.

The Tod's Cape Bag, an iconic Tod's bag, is celebrating its second season this fall and winter with its layered leather design resembling a saddle.
