OPENING CEREMONY and yoshiokubo have launched a collaborative line called "yoshiokubo | OPENING CEREMONY." The debut collection was released in advance at Opening Ceremony Osaka on September 19th.

The line combines OPENING CEREMONY's key concept of "Olympics" with yoshiokubo's strength in sports fashion. Based on the concept of "FIVE RINGS TRAVEL," the line focuses on past Olympic host cities each season, offering items with designs inspired by each host city.

This collection's theme is Calgary, Canada. Items include quilted coats, down jackets, and sweatshirts made from fabric printed with a fantastical image of Calgary's aurora borealis, as seen from an airplane window.

Other items include a stadium jacket with the word "CALGARY" embroidered in a sporty style, and a T-shirt with the concept logo "FIVE RINGS TRAVEL" printed on a maple leaf, a symbol of Canada. Yoshio Kubo's signature star T-shirt will also be available in Olympic colors.

After an advance sale at Opening Ceremony Osaka, the collection will be available on the 2nd floor of Lumine Shinjuku 2, at the Shibuya Parco store and the NU Chayamachi store from September 25th, and at Nagoya Parco midi from September 26th.
