Lexus has opened "INTERSECT BY LEXUS - DUBAI" in Dubai, the overseas base of its brand experience space "INTERSECT BY LEXUS."

"INTERSECT BY LEXUS" is a brand hub where customers can experience the lifestyle Lexus envisions, based on the theme of "connecting with the city, where people and cars intersect." The first store in Japan opened in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo in 2013, and "INTERSECT BY LEXUS - DUBAI," the second store, is the brand's first overseas base. Located in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), it was established as a "third place" for people pursuing various lifestyles, including design, art, fashion, culture, music, and technology.

As with the first store, the spatial design of "INTERSECT BY LEXUS - DUBAI" was handled by interior designer Masamichi Katayama. The space is spread across two floors, with the lower floor housing the Garage, an exhibition space displaying Lexus concept cars and installations, and the upper floor housing a lounge to promote networking, a restaurant, a library lounge, and a shop selling lifestyle items from Lexus called "CRAFTED FOR LEXUS." An "INTERSECT BY LEXUS" store is also scheduled to open in New York in the future.
