New York is in the midst of a festive holiday season. The window displays, characteristically New York, are a delight to the eye and a source of excitement, creating a buzz. Not only are they fantastical and beautiful, but they're also well-thought-out. Filled with surprise and love, they're like a gift to visitors to the city, captivating their hearts. ■Barney's New York Barneys New York has collaborated with the renowned ice sculpting team, OKAMOTO STUDIO, to create "THE ICE CARVERS." Dressed in Barneys New York-exclusive Moncler Gamme Blue merchandise by Thom Browne, the performers will perform a live performance during store hours. Using chainsaws, drills, and other equipment, they will carve blocks of ice into the shapes of animals and objects. The interior of the window has been remodeled to maintain the ice's quality, creating an experimental gallery that showcases the entire production process.

In addition, the "ARCTIC CHASE" display, a partnership with LEXUS, featured "Penny," a penguin mascot living in a frigid climate, and friends in a LEXUS car, racing through a fictional city in a car chase. It was as if a classic toy had been reimagined for modern times. The concept was a challenge to change. A short animation by Christie THREE SIXTY played in the background, and three miniature LEXUS models (LEXUS IS, GS F, and RC F) decorated with glittering lights were 3D printed. The spiral race track was created by custom race track builder Gary Gerding.

Other displays featured minimalist presentations inspired by "ICE," showcasing the delicate transparency and beauty of nature. These cutting-edge, edgy, and cool ideas have already earned rave reviews among New York creators.
