
Frederic Cassel will be offering "Father's Day Jivara," the perfect Father's Day gift, from June 17th to 19th, and its Summer Verrine Collection for a limited time from June 8th to August.
"Father's Day Jivara" (700 yen) is a Father's Day adaptation of the Gâteau Jivara, a milk chocolate mousse with crème brûlée and brownie dough. The glossy black glaze and mustache motif make for a striking chocolate treat.
The Summer Verrine Collection will feature three sweet treats. From June 8th to August, they will be selling "Alfonso Mango Verrine" (700 yen), a rich, fruity mango pudding paired with coconut jelly, and "Setouchi Lemon and Honey Verrine" (700 yen), a lemon mousse layered with honey-infused crème brûlée, lemon confit, fresh grapefruit, and lemon jelly. From June 29th to August, they will be serving "Peach Verrine" (700 yen) made with white peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture, which are characterized by their refreshing texture and sweetness. The soft, sweet and fragrant vanilla mousse and peach jelly are combined with a mellow rosé wine jelly.
