"Inspiration," a sweets shop run by Frederic Cassel based on a monthly theme, will be introducing three types of sweets themed around "pêche" (peaches) in July.
This time, they are offering sweets using white peaches, beloved in Japan, and red peaches, familiar in France. Among them, "Tarte Pêche" (648 yen including tax) is a red peach tart characterized by a pleasant tartness. It features red peach mascarpone cream, juicy red peach coulis, and moist biscuit.
"Mille-feuille Finger Pêche" (756 yen including tax) is a caramelized mille-feuille pie crust layered with chewy biscuit, white peach jelly, and white peach mousse, topped with white peach mascarpone cream and fresh white peach. "Macaron Peche" (260 yen including tax) is a macaron that combines an almond cream-based ganache with red peach puree and red peach jelly, allowing you to enjoy both richness and fruitiness.
