Quil Fait Bon is holding a peach-filled "Peach Week"! Summer-only peaches meet tropical fruits and cheeses.

Quil Fait Bon will be holding its annually popular event, "2016 Peach Week!", from July 21st to 27th. During the event, they'll be offering nine varieties of peach tarts, ranging from simple peach tarts to tarts combining grapefruit and other tropical fruits with peaches, and even tarts with cheesecake and almond cream. The "Daitoryo Tiramisu ~Caffe Latte Flavor~" (¥943 for a piece, ¥8,964 for a whole) is a special tart made with "Daitoryo" brand peaches shipped from Misaka, Yamanashi Prefecture, renowned as the "kingdom of peaches." The "Peach Tart" (¥679 for a piece, ¥6,480 for a whole) is a buttery pastry filled with custard cream and topped with a generous amount of peaches. The "Peach and Cheese Tart" (¥785 for a piece, ¥7,452 for a whole) is a cheese soufflé topped with peach jam and sweet and sour cream. Other items on offer include the "Peach and Summer Fruit Tart" (745 yen for a piece, 7,128 yen for a whole cake), which is a tart base filled with custard and a generous amount of colorful fruits such as peaches, plums, and raspberries; the "Peach and Tropical Fruit Tart" (691 yen for a piece, 6,588 yen for a whole cake), which is custard layered with coconut-flavored fresh cream and decorated with peaches and tropical fruits; the "Peach and Grapefruit Tart" (631 yen for a piece, 6,048 yen for a whole cake), which is a peach-flavored "Le Gard" cream cheese mousse decorated with peaches and grapefruit; and the "Peach and Almond Tart" (671 yen for a piece, 6,372 yen for a whole cake), which combines peaches and almonds, which are both members of the rose family and have the same flavor. Also available are "Peach Bavarian Cream" (668 yen for a piece, 6,372 yen for a whole cake), which combines vanilla-flavored bavarois with peaches and is surrounded by a sponge cake filled with raspberry jam, and "White Peach Flan" (574 yen for a piece, 4,860 yen for a whole cake), which is made by lining a mold with fruit and pouring egg and milk over it before baking.
