JOHN KANAYA, which has three stores in Tokyo, will release a Valentine's Day limited edition of its "Bonbon Chocolat Standard" (5 pieces/2,200 yen).
"JOHN KANAYA" is a chocolate shop that inherited the name of "Seiyo Zensho JOHN KANAYA Azabu," a restaurant long beloved as a social gathering for celebrities. It offers modern Japanese chocolates while maintaining its spirit of "fusing Japanese and Western cuisine."
"Bonbon Chocolat Standard" is an assortment of three chocolates with different sweetness levels: Amer, Noir, and Milk, named after Kanaya Senji, the founder of the Kinugawa Kanaya Hotel. Earl Grey and caramel flavors are added to these, for a total of five flavors to enjoy. Additionally, as a Valentine's Day exclusive, the chocolate placed on the ring finger of the left hand features a heart-shaped wax seal. The Valentine's Day limited edition chocolates will be available at the Ebisu store, Skytree Town Solamachi store, Printemps Ginza store, as well as the official online shop. Sales will end once stock runs out.
