Feb 27, 2014

The L'Occitane Group will be holding a photo exhibition at the L'Occitane Shinjuku flagship store from March 7th to 31st, titled "L'Occitane's Social Contribution Activities - The Journey of Supporting Recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake," which reports on the group's ongoing support activities for recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake that began in 2011.

The exhibition will focus on the "Tohoku Marche" project, which was carried out last year in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, with the aim of supporting businesses to help restore the local economy and help disaster victims become self-reliant.

In addition to introducing the stores of the seven winners of a business plan competition for exhibitors aiming to start their own businesses, the L'Occitane Cafe Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ikebukuro stores will be selling a limited-edition "Mediterranean Set" (1,890 yen), a collaboration menu with Kesennuma Yokocho crab specialty restaurant "Kani Monogatari."
