A pop-up shop for Australian designer knitwear brand SUNDAY GANIM has opened on the basement floor of Seibu Shibuya's B Building. It will run until March 9th. The shop is located in "Preview," a space on the Living Edition floor, a collection of cutting-edge interior design shops that opened in July 2013. Based on the concept of "displaying the values of the future," Preview is a small gallery where up-and-coming creators exhibit and sell their products and art pieces. Curated by Akio Aoki, creative director of MIRU DESIGN, Preview offers a lineup of blankets and scarves made from the finest natural materials, including Australian merino wool and hand-picked Egyptian cotton. Featuring beautiful colors and patterns, the scarves are perfect for families and couples, and also make ideal gifts. Sunday Ganim is a textile designer based in Melbourne, Australia. Influenced by her mother, a fashion designer, she showed an excellent talent for color and graphics from an early age. After graduating from RMIT University, she launched the brand "SUNDAY GANIM" and has been actively presenting her textile works. In 2010, following the birth of her nephew, she began selling baby blankets. She has since expanded her range of items to include scarves, and is also involved in shop collaborations and custom-made products.
