Dries Van Noten's 2014-15 Autumn/Winter men's collection was unveiled during Paris Fashion Week. The venue was a former carriage parking lot inside the Grand Palais. The concept was "Bronzino, steeped in rave, Renaissance, and new wave." The collection's frock coat shapes and formal attire details combined rave, street, punk, skate, and techno styles to create a mix of tradition and technology. Tie-dye shirts and coats, pants with neon-colored appliqués, and other new and old techniques were meticulously blended to create a harmony characteristic of Dries's multifaceted style. Italian Renaissance painter Agnolo Bronzino's portraits of people in opulent attire were also an important source of inspiration, evoking the aesthetic of that era in a modern way with pieces like ruffle-collared shirts and velvet quilted blousons. The beautiful color palette, including pink, green, blue, and yellow, is striking, just like Brozino's paintings.
The music used is an a cappella remix of the Rolling Stones by DJ Kid Koala.
