The second collaboration between Fred Perry and Kotori is high-quality headphones

Dec 5, 2013

On December 6th, Fred Perry will release a limited-edition line of over-ear headphones, "KOTORI for FRED PERRY," custom-made for the world's first custom headphone brand, KOTORI. Priced at ¥15,750, this is the second collaboration following the first original earphones released in October. The headphones come in three patterns: a black background with red and white stripes, a white and black cube pattern, and a black background with a large Fred Perry logo. By using a BioDyna diaphragm made of ultra-fine biocellulose fibers, KOTORI claims to have achieved "extremely realistic reproduction of mid- and high-range frequencies and delicate, beautiful sound." The ear pads are made of a soft material for extended use. KOTORI is a headphone brand launched in 2009 by Fostex, a long-established Japanese audio manufacturer celebrating its 65th anniversary.
