A MARC BY MARC JACOBS pop-up store opened on December 4th at Center Park on the second floor of the Isetan Shinjuku store. Collaboration items with London-based illustrator Hattie Stewart are on sale early. The store will run until the 10th. The interior, decorated with designs of the Statue of Liberty and the New York cityscape, is lined with items that combine the brand's motifs of creatures and polka dots with Hattie's graphic and colorful animal designs. Items include tote bags (34,650 yen) with zebra and bulldog prints, iPhone cases (6,825 yen) with three-dimensional rabbit and cat designs, and jewelry such as bracelets, necklaces, and earrings.
Items exclusive to this store include a cut-and-sew top with an animal print on the front, a tablet case with a cute brick pattern featuring a subtle rabbit (9,450 yen), a smartphone cover (5,250 yen), a pouch, and a camera case.
In addition to the animal series, bags and accessories from the Marc by Marc Jacobs 2013-14 Autumn/Winter collection are also on sale. The extensive lineup includes a green clutch bag (39,900 yen) and a black and white mixed-material bag (72,450 yen). Some items can also be purchased on the store's website.
The store also has an original photo sticker booth, which is free to use. There is also a campaign where if you get a winning ticket on the printed sheet, you will receive an original gift.
