New York brand "alice + olivia" has opened its first roadside flagship store in Japan in Omotesando, Tokyo (6-2-9 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo). Facing Omotesando, the store spans two floors with a total floor area of 150 square meters. It carries a full line of items, including the collection line, which offers everything from everyday wear to full-length dresses, the "Air" line featuring layered items, and the career line. The store also offers a wide selection of accessories, including the colorful bag collection debuted this fall/winter, as well as shoes and iPhone cases featuring designer Stacey Bendet's face. The store also offers exclusive tank tops (8,925 yen) and tote bags (7,350 yen).

Stacy, who visited Japan for the opening, said, "This is my first time in Japan, but I've fallen in love with Tokyo after enjoying shopping at vintage shops and other places. The store has an open and fun atmosphere, while the attention to detail in the interior, such as flamingo figurines, conveys the brand's worldview. I plan to open stores in other parts of Japan in the future." She also commented on her own creations, "Fashion is an expression of creativity. I design with the hope of helping women express their own individual beauty."
