
Spotlight launched "Smapo," a service that allows users to accumulate points for visiting stores via a smartphone app, at 33 stores under nine brands in early December.
The new members are girls' brands aimed at teens and women in their 20s: SLY, moussy, EGOIST, RODEO CROWNS, ROYAL PARTY, SPIRALGIRL, MIIA, muse muse, and BACKS. With this launch, the number of Smapo member stores has doubled to 109 brands since the service first launched.
In addition, collaboration content with Smapo has begun to be distributed on "PlayLife," a portal site where users can search, share, and post leisure plans. They are introducing various plans such as "Shibuya outing plan with Smapo [Earn points on your smartphone just by going to the store]" and "Shop at Shibuya 109 and Marui [Earn points while shopping with Smapo]!"
Smapo is a common store visit points service using smartphones. By simply checking in using the free dedicated app, you can earn points even without purchasing any products. The points you earn can be exchanged for gift certificates issued by participating stores or charged to a point card.
