LOHAS International, operator of the New York-style yoga and Pilates studio "Studio Yoggy," is releasing its first maternity line as part of its 2014 Spring/Summer relaxation wear brand, "yoggy sanctuary."

This season's theme is "Path—Promise." After consulting with maternity class participants and pregnant instructors, the brand developed designs that can be worn not only during pregnancy but also after giving birth. The tops feature a low neckline for easy nursing, while pants with adjustable length thanks to ribbed waists can also be worn as everyday wear. Careful attention was paid to the fabrics chosen, as this is a time when skin is prone to sensitivity. Four items are available in three colors, priced from ¥8,500 to ¥11,000. The line will be available in mid-March 2014 at department stores and commercial facilities, including Isetan Shinjuku and JR Osaka Mitsukoshi Isetan, as well as the online store "Style Yoggy," and Studio Yoggy stores nationwide.

Studio Yoggy was founded in 2004 and proposes a lifestyle that is "comfortable for the mind and body" centered around three programs: yoga, Pilates, and Beauty Belvis (pelvic adjustment). Currently, there are 17 studios nationwide, offering classes that can be enjoyed by both men and women, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Maternity classes have also been held since 2006.
