
Isetan Shinjuku Men's will be holding an event where customers can experience Pitti Immagine Uomo (hereinafter referred to as Pitti), the world's largest men's clothing trade fair, from December 26th to January 14th, 2014.
This will be the second time that Pitti and Isetan Men's have collaborated, following on from June this year. For the event, Isetan Men's will propose four directions based on their own unique interpretation of the theme "Motorcycles," which was held in Florence, Italy in June. The brand's 2014 Spring/Summer collection will be presented under four keywords: "WIND BLOWING OUTSIDE," a white-and-blue marine style that evokes the sense of freedom felt when riding a motorcycle; "PASSION BURNING INSIDE," a tropical-colored tailored style that evokes hidden passion; "DREAM TRIPS," inspired by a journey that inspires curiosity with prints of tropical flora and fauna; and "UNITED STATES OF DESIGN," an eclectic blend of traditions and clothing from around the world, including dark linen, jacquard, and exotic leather. A large screen display will be available in-store, showcasing scenes from Pitti Vuitton and snapshots of attendees. The store stocks over 200 of the 1,010 brands featured at Pitti Vuitton. During the period, in addition to accepting orders and reservations from customers, Isetan Men's will hold snap projects and talk events in collaboration with the magazines "LEON," "MEN'S EX," and "Begin." On weekends, a photographer will be stationed in the Men's building to take snapshots of customers in Pitti style and announce the best snaps, as part of customer participation events.
Prior to the in-store launch, Pitti-related items selected by Isetan Men's will be on sale on the social commerce app "Origami" from December 18th.
