Bobby Gillespie, lead singer of the rock band Primal Scream, wore Saint Laurent at a concert in London on December 11th.
He appeared in a total look consisting of a jacket, shirt, tie, and pants. The jacket was a tuxedo with satin lapels, the shirt had pleats in the front, and the tie was tied in a bow, making for a formal look appropriate for an evening concert. However, rather than simple formal wear, the jacket and shirt were shiny and glittering, creating a dazzling impression. In contrast, the pants were selected for their matte texture.
Primal Scream was formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 1982 by Bobby and guitarist Jim Beattie (now departed from the band). Their music crosses various genres, including rock, dub, and acid house.
