ORIX Real Estate will open the commercial facility "KIRARITO GINZA" in Ginza 1-Chome next fall.

The planned site for KIRARITO GINZA is located in Ginza 1-Chome (1-3-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), the heart of the Yaesu/Kyobashi and Ginza areas, where redevelopment is progressing, and will occupy approximately 44 meters of Ginza Chuo Dori. The 66-meter-tall building, with 12 floors above ground and 3 below, will feature a brilliant-cut diamond motif and a facade that changes appearance over time as light reflects off it. An approximately 100-square-meter open terrace will be located on the fourth floor, and the facility will feature open spaces such as a rooftop plaza and atrium, as well as plantings throughout the facility, aiming to become a new landmark for Ginza by providing plazas and greenery.

The facility's name, based on the project concept of "Brilliant Life Stage," reflects the desire for it to become "a sparkling place in Ginza" that offers dazzling products, services, and spaces such as jewelry and children's clothing for weddings and the birth and growth of children. The facility logo, designed to resemble a crown on top of the building, was created by Tycoon Graphics LLC, the company that also designs the Omotesando Hills facility logo and CD jackets for famous artists.

ORIX Real Estate develops and operates Kyoto Aquarium, Sumida Aquarium inside Skytree, and Grand Front Osaka, which opened this year in front of Osaka Station.
