Dec 30, 2013

It's been a year since FASHION HEADLINE launched. We've published approximately 6,000 articles in both Japanese and English! Are you curious about which news stories were the most read? So, we're announcing the rankings for the most popular articles of 2013! This time, we're looking at the "Food" category.
■1st Place■ Pierre Hermé Collaborates with Ohayo to Release Limited Edition Ispahan Yogurt
This yogurt took the top spot by a long way! It's so delicious, the portion is so large, and best of all, you can enjoy the flavor of Pierre Hermé for just 141 yen, which has caused a huge response! The second edition, "Sadine," currently on sale, is also very popular.
■2nd Place■ As expected, words like "XX Commemorative" and "XX Limited Edition" seem to be of interest... Hits skyrocketed upon release. And what's more, this eclair really makes a big impact!
■3rd Place■ Sharapova's sweet gummy candy, "Sugarpova," arrives in Japan. Pre-release at Plaza
They're colorful and cute, like a toy! I actually tried them, and the powder was quite sour at first, but it got sweeter as I chewed.

■4th Place■<Clinton Street Baking, the pancake maker with an hour-long wait in NYC, arrives in Japan
Just as the pancake boom is on! Long lines form every day for these pancakes! They're really fluffy, and go perfectly with the maple butter.

■5th Place■The chocolate bar "Max Brenner," with a three-hour wait in NYC, arrives in Japan
The menu is all chocolate! But each bar has a different level of sweetness, and there's a wide variety of elaborate tableware to enjoy. Recommended for those who love that rich chocolate you get overseas! It's worth waiting in line for three hours to eat!
