MARINE&WALK YOKOHAMA (1-3-1 Shinminato, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture), a streetscape-style commercial facility adjacent to the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, will have its grand opening at 11am on March 4th. The opening of 24 stores has been announced, including stores making their Kanto debut and new business formats.

The facility is a streetscape-style open mall born from the idea of creating a street in a warehouse district along the sea. It will consist of 24 stores, including 13 stores making their Yokohama debut, 1 store making their Kanto debut, and 6 stores in new business formats. Gente di Mare will be opening a store in the Kanto region, while Yokohama will feature Fred Segal, a leading lifestyle select shop on the US West Coast, as its flagship store in Japan. Other stores include COS, which offers clothing with a "classic and modern trend" aesthetic, New York-based brand Steven Alan, and Harajuku-based men's brand NEIGHBORHOOD. Restaurants include Shirono Sea, an evolution of Ebisu's popular Bistro Shiro, as well as pie specialty restaurant Pie Holic and cafe and restaurant &Swell. Sales and service hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and restaurants are open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
