"COFFEE COLLECTION around KANDA NISHIKICHO 2017 SPRING" is a tasting event where you can taste the world's finest coffees from globally acclaimed single-origin coffee specialty shops, held for two days on April 22nd and 23rd at Terrace Square, a multi-purpose building in Kanda Nishikicho, Tokyo.

The event will feature booths from renowned single-origin coffee specialty shops that are garnering global attention, baristas with awards at international competitions, "LATTEST" which has produced the world's leading female baristas, and Korean coffee roaster "MESH COFFEE." This year, the fourth time the event is being held, the world's finest coffees will be gathered together through "DISCOVER," a project to find new coffee roasters from Japan and abroad. Selected through a rigorous screening process, Mesh Coffee (Korea), Sasa Coffee (Ozasa, Fukuoka), Fine Time Coffee Roasters (Keiodo, Tokyo), Latest Omotesando Espresso Bar (Omotesando, Tokyo), and All Seasons Coffee (Shinjuku, Tokyo) will set up shop on April 22nd, the first day of the event. On the second day, April 23rd, Trunk Coffee (Nagoya), PNB Coffee (Denmark), Glitch Coffee & Roasters (Jinbocho, Tokyo), Single O Japan (Hatchobori, Tokyo), and Latest Omotesando Espresso Bar (Omotesando, Tokyo), all of which offer the world's finest coffee, will gather. Each store will offer only one type of coffee (500 yen including tax) on the day, allowing visitors to experience the differences in taste due to the characteristics of the beans, roasting methods, and brewing techniques of each store, even under the same conditions. Additionally, a new exhibition, "Coffee and Utsuwa," will be held at the main venue, Terrace Square. Beautiful tableware by artists selected exclusively for the coffee selection by Suidobashi's tableware gallery "Chidori" will be on display and for sale, and as a souvenir, the first 300 visitors will receive a letterpress coaster with the logos of the five coffee shops participating each day.

Other events include the "MINEDRIP COFFEE Pop-Up Store" at Nishikicho Trad Square in the Kanda Nishikicho area, where you can experience the best self-drip coffee of your life, a talk event by coffee hunter Kawashima Yoshiaki at Mi Cafeto Cafe&brasserie HITOTSUBASHI, a tasting and sales event and mini seminar where you can enjoy coffee and wine at Astor, and an event called "Enjoying Japanese Sweets with Coffee" by Japanese sweets craftsman Sakai Tetsuji at HAPPY COOKING.
