Guerlain is releasing a new makeup collection, the "Blossom Collection," this spring, along with a revamp of its Meteorites Beauté face powder (three varieties, 7,770 yen each). Meteorites Beauté, a six-color pearl powder that has been a best-seller since its release in 1987, has been upgraded. It features Stardust Technology, which reflects invisible light by turning it into a bluish light, adding brightness and translucence to the skin, and the texture is lighter and more radiant. It comes in three colors—Claire, Beige, and Dore—to match your skin tone. The packaging now features a rose pattern, and the dedicated brush has been redesigned to better hold the powder. A limited edition "2014 Meteorites Coffret" (8,295 yen) will also be available, containing the full Meteorites Beauté plus special sizes of primer, lip gloss, and more. The spring collection is also available, inspired by meteorites that fall and emit light. Limited-edition items include the lip gloss "Grosse d'Enfer" (3,360 yen) and nail enamel "La Laque Couleurs" (3,045 yen), which add a mint blue sparkle, and the eyeshadow "Ecrin Quatre Couleurs" (8,085 yen), which creates a gradation that shines in the spring light. Also newly released is the eyebrow powder "Ecrin Le Sîle" (6,300 yen), which finishes your eyebrows with three powder colors and highlights. New colors are also available for existing popular items, such as the eyeshadow "Ecrin de Couleurs" (5,460 yen) in a greige and violet combination, the lipstick "Rouge Automatic" (4,410 yen) in two shades: fuchsia and spicy pink, and the mascara "Cir d'Enfers" (4,200 yen) in a deep brown. It will be available for pre-sale at La Boutique Guerlain and Isetan Shinjuku from January 4th, at Hankyu Umeda Main Store from the 11th, and nationwide on the 17th.
