Valentino opens its first men's flagship store in Paris, offering complete custom orders, including jeans

Jan 22, 2014

Valentino has opened its first men's flagship store at 273 rue Saint-Honoré in Paris. The two-story store, covering a total area of 400 square meters, exclusively carries the brand's men's collection. The main area in the center of the boutique is dedicated to custom-made items, offering everything from suits and coats to jeans. The interior was designed in collaboration with creative directors Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, along with architect David Chipperfield, who also designed the women's concept store. The palatial-style store space blends classic and contemporary elements, with consistent materials like terrazzo stone on the walls and Palladiana marble on the floor, creating a swimming pool-like room. Curved brass elements can be hung on the terrazzo wall panels, allowing for flexible product display.
