It's spring. The cherry blossoms have long since fallen, and while the saying "three cold days, four warm days" is true, the number of sweaty days is increasing. Japan is a place where you can enjoy the changing seasons! It's wonderful! But lately, summer has been really tough. I used to be a bikini-clad mermaid with bare legs and a bare belly button (though I don't think I actually did), but in the past few years, just opening the door to go out has made me scream, "It's so hot!" and I've ended up taking a break in front of the air conditioner.
Summer is full of obstacles to beauty: my hair is bomb, my makeup runs, and my worries are endless. Plus, my favorite fragrance is completely winter-appropriate. It lingers on the train and in the elevator, and I find myself silently apologizing to everyone around me. So, while I was searching for a nice summer perfume for an interview, I found a wonderful one!
There's so much I want to talk about, so I'll break it down into three parts. This time, we'll be looking at unisex fragrances that can be enjoyed by both men and women. First up is Calvin Klein's CK One Summer Eau de Toilette. Its blue glass bottle, with its embossed, water-drop-like design, is a perfect summer scent. This exciting fragrance, inspired by the idea of diving into the ocean and exploring an unknown world, begins with a refreshing citrus and splash of water. Cucumber and water lily add a refreshing accent, making it a fragrance that anyone can embrace. It's a fresh scent that's sure to clear away any sweltering heat. A new release has also been released in the popular Bond No. 9 series, which captures the various facets of New York City through fragrance. Coney Island Eau de Parfum is inspired by an amusement park on the beach near New York City. Inspired by the sweets sold at carnivals, the first impression is one of deliciousness. The scent evokes images of chocolate, caramel, and cotton candy. However, since it's unisex, it's not too sweet and can be worn by men, too. Recommended for men looking for something unexpected. Meanwhile, the new "Hampton Eau de Parfum" is inspired by a villa and has a refreshing green floral scent. This one seems more appealing to everyone.
CLEAN is known for its clean fragrance, but this year's limited edition "First Blush" is a bit unique. The bottle, featuring a purple-to-pink gradient to represent a morning glow, has a shimmering effect, unusual for a "CLEAN" fragrance, giving it an instantly charming look. The refreshing notes of lemon leaf and bergamot are complemented by the sweetness of white tea, while the deep scent of musk and amberwood complete the fragrance. Even in thrilling situations, it maintains a clean, elegant presence—a testament to "CLEAN"!
So, while we've already covered all the fragrances we're interested in, there are still more perfumes we recommend. In the next "Men's Edition," we'll introduce scents for sharp, mature men. Although these are for men, they are all handsome scents that would make your heart skip a beat if they came from a dignified woman, so we encourage all women to check them out.
