French cosmetics brand Lancôme has announced a collaboration with Lanvin creative director Alber Elbaz. A special collection will be released in June 2013. A video titled "The Beginning of a Lancôme Show" was also released. Elbaz's cute and fashionable illustrations build anticipation for this new collaboration. Youssef Nabi, president of Lancôme International, said, "Alber Elbaz is, without a doubt, one of the most influential fashion designers today. But he's much more than that. He has talent. He has a sense of luxury. His vision of femininity has given boldness to the new values of the House of Lancôme. We are incredibly proud and happy that he has entered the world of makeup for the first time."
