To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Osaka store of TOGA, designed by Yasuko Furuta, an anniversary event will be held at all directly managed stores in Harajuku, Osaka, and Kanazawa from the 8th of next month until June 15th. Special-order and reissued items will be on sale.
Each store will have special-order items from the 2013 Spring/Summer collection, such as cardigans (32,550 yen, 29,400 yen) and cut-and-sew tops (33,600 yen), high-waisted skirts (35,700 yen), and ring bags (10,290 yen), as well as reissued items such as lame jacquard and lame pleated skirts (46,200 yen, 50,400 yen).
The Osaka store (1-23-7 Kitahorie, Nishi-ku, Osaka, 1st floor, Osaka Kashikaikan) will be exhibiting archive collections, and will also be selling ring bags in Osaka-exclusive colors (blue and black x mint). A party open to the public will also be held from 6pm on the 6th.
Last year marked the 15th anniversary of TOGA, which launched in 2001. Starting with the 2006 Spring/Summer season, the brand moved its presentation venue to Paris, and its 2013-14 Autumn/Winter collection was shown in presentation format during Paris Fashion Week in March of this year. The Osaka store opened in 2008 as the brand's third directly operated store.
