Long-established chocolatier "Il Sange" announces summer chocolate to enjoy with champagne

May 1, 2013

Hirsinger, a 112-year-old luxury chocolatier founded in France, has announced its summer 2013 chocolates. Nine new summer chocolates will be released in three batches. The first batch will feature three flavors: "Quattro Summer Lime," the world's only four-layer chocolate made with lime juice; "Tisse Rectangle," a basil ganache topped with tomato jelly; and "Raspberry Ganache," made with home-grown raspberry pulp. All three are characterized by their fruity flavors. They will be available at the Hirsinger Ginza boutique from July 1st. Current owner Edouard Hirsinger says, "We recommend pairing our chocolates with white wine, but in the summer, the perfect pairing is with champagne."
