adidas Originals by Alexander Wang will release the second and final part of its main collection worldwide on April 15th.
Based on the concept of "destroying the boundaries between fashion and streetwear," the unisex collection features 84 pieces of apparel and footwear. The final releases of this collaboration will be three series titled "Logo," "Patch," and "Velour."
The "Patch" series, which has previously been released, is made by sewing together fabrics, and includes the "AW Patch Coat" (72,000 yen), "AW Patch Jacket" (45,000 yen), and "AW Patch TP" (35,000 yen), which feature upside-down logos, embroidery, prints, and other different materials joined together like patches. The "Logo" series includes Adidas Originals' iconic "AW Logo Hoody" (¥23,000), "AW Logo Crew" (¥21,000), "AW Logo Tee" (¥110,000), and "AW Logo L/S" (¥13,000) in two colors: black and core white. They feature lining-like three-stripe stitching and three upside-down Trefoil logos arranged vertically on the front, crafted with patches, embroidery, and prints. The "Velour" series is a collection made of vintage-inspired velour material in a jewel-like color palette. The long-sleeved "AW Velour Polo" (¥20,000) and short-sleeved "AW Velour Polo" (¥17,000) are available in five colors: black, core white, green, night indigo, and maroon. The running-style "AW RUN" (34,000 yen) will be available in new grey and white colours, highlighting the apparel's 3-stripe stitching and upside-down Trefoil logo.
The shoes will be available at Adidas Originals stores, Alexander Wang stores, both brands' e-commerce sites, and over 140 select shops worldwide.
