adidas Originals by Alexander Wang will release its main collection simultaneously worldwide in two installments on April 1st and 15th.
This collection follows the Drop 1 collection launched in September 2016 and the Drop 2 collection launched in March 2017. It consists of 84 unisex pieces, apparel, and footwear inspired by the idea of overturning conventional wisdom with the concept of "disrupting the boundaries between fashion and streetwear."
The three packs dropping on April 1st are titled "In-Out," "All Over Print," and "Soccer." The "In-Out" series features a design in which the outer and inner panels of the fabric are arranged alternately like stripes. The "All Over Print" pack features an all-over print windbreaker and reversible bomber jacket featuring the logos of both brands. The "Soccer" pack combines traditional elements of classic football apparel with fashion elements. The final launch of the collaboration, dropping on April 15th, will feature the "Logo," "Patch," and "Velour" packs. The "Patch" pack features coach jackets, coats, and track pants patched with different materials, including upside-down logos, embroidery, and prints, reinterpreting sportswear with a forward-thinking fashion approach. The "Logo" pack features adidas Originals' iconic hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and long-sleeve t-shirts, featuring lining-like 3-Stripes stitching and three upside-down Trefoil logos arranged vertically on the front, crafted with patches, embroidery, and prints. The "Velour" pack features a collection of short- and long-sleeve jersey tops crafted from vintage-inspired velour.

In addition, ahead of the collection's launch, the third campaign visual, shot by Juergen Teller on the streets of New York, was released on March 28th.

The collection will be available at Adidas Originals and Alexander Wang stores, both brands' e-commerce sites, and in over 140 select shops worldwide.
