Seijo Ishii opens new store, EPICERIE BONHEUR, in Otemachi Otemori

Oct 1, 2013

Seijo Ishii, a chain of imported food stores, will open a new store, "EPICERIE BONHEUR Seijo Ishii," on the second basement floor of Otemori on October 2nd. Business hours will be from 7:30 AM to 11 PM. The store will cover an area of 122 sq. meters. The store will utilize the compact store management expertise it has cultivated through its station-based store expansion. It will carry approximately 2,500 items, of which approximately 250 are original to the current store. Like the facility's target, it will carry many products aimed at female office workers. The store will also offer a wide selection of imported teas and organic wines, as well as an exclusive Otemori cheesecake topped with dried fruit, Seijo Ishii's most popular "Premium Cheesecake." In addition, in anticipation of demand for breakfast and lunch, the store will sell bento boxes and sandwiches. Takeout roasted coffee (150 yen) will also be available to pair with sandwiches.

The store is particular about not only the products but also the space, with some of the interior made from thinned wood and LED lighting. The staff aprons were designed by EDEFICE.
