On November 29th, HUGO BOSS will open a new street-level store featuring its latest store concept on the basement floors 1 to 3 of the newly constructed Keyaki Building (5-1-3 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) in Omotesando, Tokyo.
The store will exclusively carry men's clothing, with the HUGO line on the basement floor, BOSS sportswear on the first floor, and BOSS collection wear on the second floor. The third floor will be a VIP room. The total floor area is 336 square meters. The store concept is "Clean and Sophisticated," the same as the flagship store on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, which reopened last year, and the street-level stores in New York and Shanghai. Features include a black steel grid with LED screens and wall panels made of high-quality mesh material inspired by Mondrian. A highlight will be the "Objet Lumière," a modern interpretation of a giant chandelier. The exterior design of the Omotesando Keyaki Building where the store will open was handled by architect Dan Norihiko. It was designed to blend naturally with the tree-lined street, adding a new dimension to the Omotesando streetscape.
