TOGA presented its Spring/Summer 2014 collection during Paris Fashion Week. The presentation, held at the contemporary art museum La Gaite Lyrique, featured 10 looks accompanied by live piano music. The collection featured a collage-like mix of natural elements, such as linen-like fabrics and hepi-patterned jacquard, with toy-like elements, such as jewel motifs made from plastic-like materials. The silhouettes were composed of straight lines. Pumps and mules in monochrome, turquoise, and beige also featured geometric designs with thick, block-like heels. This season, production has been shifted to Italy. "Last season, we held a presentation in Paris for the first time in five years, and we received many comments from customers saying how glad they were to see our collection in Paris, which made us realize the significance of showing our collection in Paris. Dresses and other formal pieces are popular in Europe, and it seems to appeal to people seeking unique designs that are not found in other brands," said a spokesperson. This fall/winter collection is available in Paris at select shops such as Colette and RA.
