AND THE FRIET, a French fry specialty store, will release a new product, "Dry Frites," on May 15th. This premium snack, "Dry Frites," is made with the "Binche" variety, known for its yellow flesh and robust flavor. This variety has been the store's most popular since its founding, and is cut straight into 12mm pieces and fried in a special fryer for a crispy texture, highlighting the quality and deliciousness of the ingredients. The lineup includes three flavors: "Premium Salt," sprinkled with French Lorraine rock salt; "Herb Gorgonzola," sprinkled with herb salt and Gorgonzola cheese powder; and "Black Truffle Salt," boasting the fragrant aroma of Italian black truffles. Additionally, "Okamochi," a package resembling a rice cake, will be available, with two bags of each flavor (3,120 yen including tax). The packaging was art directed by Naomi Hirabayashi of PLUG-IN GRAPHIC, and also features an illustration of three children by anje jägers. Prior to the product's release, a pop-up shop will be open at Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs Food Stage B2 from April 20th to May 7th.
