Oct 30, 2013

The main visuals for G.V.G.V.'s first men's collection, a collaboration between G.V.G.V. and OPENING CEREMONY, have been released.

The photos were taken in Brooklyn, USA, by Chad Moore, an up-and-coming photographer who previously worked as an assistant to Ryan McGinley. The model is Opening Ceremony staff member Sean Risley. All images will be released on the official OPENING CEREMONY website in Japan from November 1st.

The theme of the collection is "SKIN," which links with G.V.G.V.'s theme for this season, "Discipline." The collection will include 12 styles, including the brand's signature items, the MA-1 sleeve rider's jacket (94,500 yen), all-leather mod coat (168,000 yen), leather striped shorts (63,000 yen), training pattern organza shirt (29,400 yen), and SKIN embroidered knit (28,350 yen).

The collection will go on sale from November 9th at Opening Ceremony Omotesando store and Lumine Shinjuku 2 store. A limited edition zine will also be distributed.
