Beautiful People will open a limited-time shop in the Center Park section of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building on the second floor. The shop will sell items created in collaboration with The Rolling Stones, inspired by the Spring/Summer 2014 collection's theme, "Rock Stars and Their Girlfriends." The shop will run from May 12th to 20th. In addition to items from the Spring/Summer 2014 collection, the shop will also carry a playful print T-shirt featuring the Rolling Stones' trademark tongue logo as sushi toppings, a colorful tote bag featuring Mick Jagger's face, and authentic rider jackets and embroidered blousons with tongue logo patchwork on the back. All items are unisex, perfect for couples. Regarding the Spring/Summer 2014 collection, the brand's designer, Hidenori Kumakiri, said, "We aimed for new clothes with a nostalgic feel, like photos of star couples from the past, with a timeless shine that will never fade." The same project will also be available at JR Kyoto Isetan for one week, starting June 11th.
