J.S. PANCAKE CAFE will be holding an "All-Strawberry" Spring Fair at all its branches from March 2nd to May 31st.

The fair is based on the concept of "Very Many Strawberries," and offers five gorgeously-looking strawberry menu items, including pancakes, parfaits, and crepes. One of these, the "Strawberry Honey Pancake" (1,380 yen), is a pancake and crispy pie topped with plenty of honey lemon custard and strawberries that look like flower petals. The cafe will also offer a premium version of the same dessert, the "More Strawberry Honey Pancake" (1,680 yen), which contains 300% more strawberries. In addition, on the 1st, 5th, and 15th of the fair, there will be a gift campaign where you can receive a free "Strawberry Honey Pancake" with 300% more strawberries.

Also, the "Amaou Parfait" (1,280 yen) will be available as a March-only menu item. It is a luxurious delicacy that combines Amaou sorbet, strawberry sauce, honey lemon custard, rose jelly, and more, topped with richly sweet Amaou strawberries. Other items available include the "Party Strawberry Pancake" (2,480 yen), a triple-layered pancake decorated like a shortcake, as well as crepes and drinks. Furthermore, there are also plans to hold events such as workshops for Mother's Day during the event.
