Gourmet burger cafe "cafe & dining blue terminal" will open on the second floor of the Osanbashi Yokohama International Passenger Terminal in Yokohama's Minato Mirai district on May 26th.

The cafe boasts one of the best locations in the Yokohama area, at Osanbashi, offering panoramic views of Yokohama Bay Bridge, Yamashita Park, and Marine Tower. Based on the concept of "comfort food" made with simply prepared local ingredients, the cafe can be enjoyed for a variety of occasions, from breakfast to dinner. The food menu features four burgers: the "Blue Terminal Burger" (1,480 yen), a signature dish of tender pork sandwiched between custom-made buns; the "Wa Burger" (1,380 yen), which features Japanese ingredients like miso and kinpira; the "Vegetarian Burger" (1,280 yen), which uses no meat and focuses solely on vegetables; and the "Double Cheese Burger" (1,480 yen). Other dishes include "Hummus & Flatbread" (680 yen), "Miura Vegetable Tomato Sauce Pasta" (1,280 yen), "Ethnic Keema Curry" (1,180 yen), and "Breakfast Pancakes" (1,380 yen). The attached coffee stand also uses carefully selected beans from ONIBUS COFFEE, a coffee roaster renowned overseas. You can choose between espresso or hand-drip brewing. Additionally, the lineup includes Sencha (green tea), Hojicha (roasted green tea), homemade herb lemonade, and Yokohama beer from the pesticide-free, organic green tea brand "NAKAMURA TEA LIFE STORE." Croissants and muffins are also available, and you can enjoy them on the rooftop grass with takeaway.

In addition, on the first day of opening, there will be a "Free Hamburger Day" where the first 300 customers will be offered a free "Blue Terminal Burger." Numbered tickets will be distributed from 9am on the day, and one burger will be served per person in the store. Once the burgers run out, free coffee will be provided. The store will open at 11am on the first day only.
