Jean-Paul Hevin's 2017 Verrine Collection, which changes monthly, will be on sale until August 31st. This collection, which is only available every summer, adds new flavors to popular offerings this year, with three new flavors added each month for a total of 12 flavors. In May, the brand will release the new "Verrine Chocolat Pamplemousse" (675 yen), which combines Venezuelan cacao mousse with grapefruit jelly and a caramel sauce containing semi-dried figs for a delightful texture. The classic "Verrine Chocolat Abricot" (706 yen) and "Verrine Truffle Blanche" (683 yen) will also be available. Also new for June is "Verrine Chocolat Coco" (675 yen), a soft milk chocolate mousse and coconut mousse with a hint of Jamaican rum. Additionally, "Verrine Chocolat Cafe" (675 yen) and "Verrine Matcha" (706 yen) will be released at the same time.
Furthermore, launching in July will be the new "Verrine Caramel Bergamot" (675 yen), which combines the refreshingly sour bergamot-flavored Miroir with Brazilian cocoa mousse and caramel cream, as well as the popular "Verrine Blanc Manger au Chocolat" (tentative price 675 yen) and "Verrine Aiule" (706 yen).
And in August, the lineup will include the new "Verrine Chocolat Ananas" (675 yen), "Verrine Mascarpone Cafe" (provisional price 675 yen), and "Verrine Banane Griotte" (706 yen), which feature the gorgeous aroma of light Venezuelan cacao mousse and the refreshingly tart pineapple jelly, perfect for midsummer.
These products will be available at all Jean-Paul Hévin boutiques and some department store event stores.
