Jean-Paul Hevin is currently offering the "2017 Apéro Collection" for a limited time until June 30th at all boutiques, including the eat-in space "Bar à Chocolat," as well as the online boutique.
France has a rich food culture known as "apéro" (short for aperitif, or aperitif), where people spend time chatting and snacking on finger foods from early afternoon until dinner time. This collection is designed to coincide with the season when this "apéro" can be best enjoyed.
Jean-Paul Hevin's eat-in space, "Bar à Chocolat," is offering a menu of sets (starting from 1,350 yen) that include a drink and chocolate or gougère. Enjoy four types of fromage chocolate bonbons (Epoisses, Roquefort, Bon L'Evêque, and Chèvre) and mouth-watering gougères, made with fragrant choux pastry and grilled cheese, along with Remy Leroy Champagne, a non-alcoholic cocktail made with Alain Millia's mandarin and grape juice, and a chocolate glacé drink made with Ghanaian cocoa. Also available for takeout is the monthly rotating "Coffret Fraîcheurs" (5,520 yen), which combines chocolate with Alain Millia's juice. The "Boîte Chocolat Aperitif (4 pieces)" (1,570 yen), each containing one of the four types of fromage chocolate bonbons, is also available. This lineup allows you to enjoy an aperitif at home.
