Issey Miyake's HaaT launches new line "ORJ," featuring a limited number of sporty and minimalist items

ISSEY MIYAKE's HaaT brand is launching a new line, "ORJ."

"ORJ" is a new line born from a different perspective than HaaT. Aimed at women's active lifestyles, it offers high-quality everyday wear that combines ease of movement with stylish design. Items made from jersey and knit materials, including parkas, dresses, and pants, feature practical, minimalist silhouettes in monotone colors.

The "DIVERS JERSY" series features specially cut sleeves for ease of movement. The thick jersey fabric, knitted on a special knitting machine with a unique luster that complements the simple design, offers a lightweight feel like a diving suit and a sporty look. A fly-front parka (¥45,000) and dress (¥45,000) will be released in June. The "COOL JERSY" series uses functional materials that suppress internal temperature buildup and keep you cool even in the sun. The knee-length dress (24,000 yen) features gussets under the sleeves, creating a structured design that doesn't restrict arm movement.

The "W COOL JERSY" series, featuring a relaxed silhouette, is made of a reversible knit material that has just the right amount of firmness and feels smooth against the skin. By eliminating shoulder seams, the pieces are relaxed and comfortable. Other items include a stretchy zip-up cotton shirt (36,000 yen), and a parka (38,000 yen) and tops (28,000 yen) from the "SOFT KISS JERSY" series, which uses cardboard knit material.

The line name "ORJ" comes from One Rack Jack. In the shop, a limited number of items will be available, with racks lined up one by one, as if "jacking a clothes rack." The items are available at 13 stores, including HaaT / AOYAMA, HaaT Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, HaaT Sapporo Mitsukoshi, HaaT Kyoto Isetan, ISSEY MIYAKE / KOBE, and more.
