From June 1st to August 31st, Jean-Paul Hevin will be releasing a new ice cream, "Nougat Glacée Chocolat," along with an assortment of frozen gateaux and baked goods perfect for summer gifts.

This ice cream is a modern evolution of the traditional French ice cream, "Nougat Glacée," by combining it with chocolate. Three flavors will be available, each priced at 527 yen: "Nougat Glacée Chocolat Orange," which combines Brazilian cacao nougat glacé with a refreshingly tart orange sauce; "Nougat Glacée Chocolat Cerise," which combines Colombian cacao with juicy, richly fragrant Amarena cherries; and "Nougat Glacée Chocolat Almande," which combines deep, powerfully fragrant Venezuelan cacao with caramelized almonds and the crunchy texture of tonka beans. Additionally, the "Nougat Glacée Chocolat" (5,000 yen) assortment, perfect for ordering or as a summer gift, will also be available.

We also have a wide selection of summer gifts that are filled with the aroma of cacao. The "Petit Poit Gourmand d'Eté" (5,000 yen) and "Grand Poit Gourmand d'Eté" (7,500 yen) are an assortment of popular summer-only chocolate bars sprinkled with rice puffs, as well as classic bonbon chocolates and mandiants. The "Belle Ile Entremet" (5,000 yen) is a gateau made with chocolate and caramel mousse and the tartness of passion fruit. The "Paritokyo" (12 pieces, 3,640 yen / 20 pieces, 5,900 yen) is filled with four kinds of baked goods: Madeleine Orange, Financier Chocolat Noisette, Financier Chocolat Marron, and Financier Chocolat. The "Petit Coffret Petit Pare 20 pieces" (3,660 yen) and "Grand Coffret Petit Pare 20 pieces" are filled with an assortment of carefully selected cacao and various flavored chocolates. A pack of 30 (5,240 yen) will also be available.
