Paris-based HUGO & VICTOR will be selling its 2017 summer gift item, the "Verrine Collection" (5,000 yen, shipping included), exclusively in Japan from July 1st to August 31st.

This verrine collection, supervised by chef and pastry chef Hugues Bugey, is a verrine that has evolved from popular patisserie and parfait menu items. The gift box contains six items, including two each of "Chocolat," made with plenty of chocolate mousse and vanilla beans; "Fraise," made with strawberry jelly and mousse sandwiched between almond-scented financiers and white chocolate sablé flakes; "Peach," based on peach jelly and yogurt mousse, accented with raspberry and red currant jelly; and "Mango," a coconut mousse combined with mango jelly and mousse. This summer-themed set includes six items in a gift box.
