The "Takigahara Festival - Craft & Craft Food" will be held for the first time on September 18th and 19th at TAKIGAHARA FARM in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, the new home of the Aoyama Farmers Market.

This event allows visitors to discover seasonal produce through the rich produce of the satoyama (satoyama) region. On September 18th, PARADISE ALLEY will set up a stall and offer stone oven BBQ, stone oven pizza made with ingredients from Komatsu City, and stone oven bread made with barley from Komatsu City. On September 19th, L'Effervescence will serve bouillabaisse made with seafood from Komatsu City, Komatsu udon, shaved ice, crepes, and more.

Drinks from Higashi Sake Brewery Shinsen and Yoshida Manufacturing Tedorigawa will be available on both days, and omotesando koffee will also be available on September 19th. Other events planned include live music, DJ performances, and talk shows.

In addition, for those coming from far away, there is an accommodation facility called Nishimata Nature School, which has five large dormitory-style rooms located about a 40-minute drive from TAKIGAHARA FARM. For those coming without a car, there is also a bus service from Takigahara to the accommodation site.
