TSUNOHAZU, the dining area on the second floor of Hilton Tokyo, will offer Halloween-themed course dinners, cocktails, and takeout sweets exclusively in October. Metropolitan Grill, which dynamically grills aged meats over wood and binchotan charcoal, will offer the "Metropolitan Black" course dinner (¥13,000) from October 17th to 31st. The course begins with "Octopus Carpaccio with Tortilla and Fiji in Squid Ink Sauce," followed by "Pork Crackerini in Black Bean Soup" and "Grilled Silver Cod with Yellow Pepper Coulis." The main course will feature "Black Angus Tenderloin with Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes." A five-course meal is also available, including the Mont Noir Blood Orange Chestnut dessert, a Mont Blanc spinoff. The course includes free-flowing wine, beer, and soft drinks, and guests dressed in all black will receive a gift. During the same period, Patisserie FILOU will be offering two Halloween sweets. The "Monster D" (990 yen) features unique, realistic marshmallow eyes and is a chocolate cake coated in pumpkin cream. The "Mummy Shortcake" (4,900 yen) is a strawberry shortcake encased in white jelly. Bar & Lounge ZATTA will be offering two Halloween cocktails (1,750 yen) from October 1st to 31st. The "Jack the Ripper," featuring a bandage wrapped around the glass and a knife pierced with smoked bacon, is based on Jack Daniel's and contains added ingredients such as squid ink, tomato juice, and black pepper. The ketchup-based blood smears onto the bandages, creating a truly spooky effect. The "Bloody Martini" features a chocolate spider web and bright red jelly floating elegantly. When you poke the floating object with a pick, the glass turns red, just like blood dripping from it, adding a dramatic touch to your Halloween night.
