
The Hilton Tokyo rooftop terrace in Shinjuku, Tokyo, will host the "Sky Beer Garden Meat Terrace" from June 9th to September 30th. This year's food menu features popular dishes from famous restaurants and restaurants with long lines, including Meat Master Shotaian, a familiar name on TV, and Otawara Gyucho, which serves the legendary, high-quality Otawara beef. The meat menu will be constantly changing, and during the event, you can enjoy dishes made right before your eyes using beef, chicken, and pork from over 20 famous restaurants starting at 600 yen. In addition to meat dishes, other dishes include "Freshly Made Mozzarella Salad" (1,500 yen) and "Brooklyn-Style French Fries" (800 yen) from CHEESE STAND, which produces and sells fresh cheese in its Shibuya Ward workshop; sweets from Ice Monster, Taiwan's most popular shaved ice shop (starting at 1,200 yen); and "Chocolate Chunk Pizza" (starting at 500 yen) from Max Brenner, a popular chocolate bar in Omotesando Hills.
The drink menu offers over 30 types of drinks, including draft beer, red and white wine, various cocktails, sours, soft drinks, and even "freezing highballs." There are also 34 seats in the VIP lounge, produced by FIDO INC x MHD Moët Hennessy Diageo. A different menu from the general seating is available, including bottled champagne and wines carefully selected by sommeliers. To fully enjoy the VIP atmosphere, guests will also receive a complimentary "Hennessy Melon" after their meal, a hollowed-out muskmelon filled with Hennessy XO.
The standard plan costs 3,500 yen per person, while the VIP plan costs 20,000 yen per person.
