Mint Designs has launched a new line in collaboration with Parco's product development project, Mitsukaru Store. The first collection, a "coffee house"-themed one, was released on September 28th. Based on Mint Designs' new daily line, "SKETCH mintdesigns," the line features items themed around "uniforms." Each collection features a specific occupational uniform as its motif, incorporating Mint Designs' unique sensibility. The first collection, this time, is inspired by coffee houses/cafes. Coffee shops, which developed in England in the mid-17th century as social gathering places, feature a variety of items inspired by wait staff wearing simple shirts and work coats, and kitchen staff wearing simple, easy-to-move sweatshirts with playful textile aprons. The cafe waiter-style work coat, with its beautiful silhouette, features details such as the doll-like design on the inside-out cuffs, making it a Mint Designs-exclusive item. The white shirt, which looks just like what coffee shop staff would wear, features Mint Designs' iconic "Doll" stamped on the chest. Other items available include blankets embroidered with basic traditional patterns, and sweatshirts that, like the white shirts, feature the "Doll" embroidered on the chest, making them extremely comfortable and easy to move in.
In addition, the "COFFE HOUSE" series, available exclusively at the Mitsukaru Store, will feature items such as cafe aprons, placemats, coasters, and potholders, featuring Mint Designs' iconic "Doll & Zigzag" graphic.
